About Us
Ponce Inlet Club South was built in 1972, opened their doors in 1973. Why "South"? The original builders were planning on another condo to the North in Ponce Inlet, but plans were never presented. Little did we know that PICS would become our little slice of Paradise. Many of our renters have been coming to PICS for 20-30 years. They are no longer just renters; they are our FAMILY.
Building renovations took place at the end of 2019 and throughout 2020. The 1973 building was brought up to current regulations. It looks beautiful.
2023 will be our 50-year anniversary with many celebrations planned throughout the year. Come celebrate with us.

Ponce Inlet Club South condominium is our home and is your home during your stay. We take pride in maintaining this beautiful building, the grounds, pool, website, etc... Appearance is everything.
We came to Florida 2013 from upstate NY. Michele has worked in Customer Service all her life and is pretty good at it! Randy ran/worked his own business in the trucking industry for the past 30 years. IT'S NOW, time for a change.
We are a fun, caring, social couple that looks forward to meeting you all. We enjoy bicycle riding, kayaking, motorcycle riding and taking walks on our beautiful beach. We are truly outdoor people. The ocean is a cure all.
