CHECK-IN time is between 2:00pm & 4:00pm.

• • If you will NOT be arriving between 2:00pm-4:00pm, YOU MUST notify the office via email or phone to make arrangements

REVISION: AFFECTIVE 1/1/2023, Monthly rentals are 4 weeks, which is a 28day rental. Additional days will have an extra charge.

• • 2022, For example: when you arrive January 1st between 2:00pm-4:00pm, you must check out January 30th no later than 10:00am

  • As of 1/1/2023, on your day of arrival between 2:00pm-4:00pm, you must check out on the 28th no later than 10am

All Rates & Cleaning Fees are subject to a 6% Florida Resort tax and a 6.5% Sales tax

$300.00 security deposit is required at time of reservation and will be returned within 30 days from the end of the month of your stay.

The deposit will also be returned if written notice of cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to check-in date.

Charges for any damages will be deducted from the security deposit

All rentals of six months plus 1 day are tax free stays

No credit cards accepted
